My next bow Hill Style need your help bowmakers

Hello Guys, The next bow I am going to make is an Hill style longbow I just need some help. I was going to use glass on just the back of the bow or should I put glass on both sides. I want to make a 1940s or 1950s Hill Style bow and I know the bow Mr. Hill used to kill Tembo there was just glass on the back side. if I go with this what should I used for glue and a core wood or should it be all bamboo. I am also looking for some boo. Thanks for the HELP.
