This is one i just finshed, 10" OAL brass fittings and pin.
The only thing wrong with this knife what i can see is, i used the handle and finger guard from the knife that had broken, and the radius on the finger guard was ground a little to high. so it looks a little off from the ricasso, I know this is not right, but it done.
Let me know what you think

Love the blade and the handle, but that finger guard is awful. I am running a special this week on unsightly knife disposal. I will get rid of it for free and will throw in s&h as a courtesy.

I really like this one Dana. the handle really looks well balanced to the blade, for my liking and I love the colour of the handle wood, what is it.

Dana that is a beauty! Personally I think it looks fine. If Razorback's unsightly knife disposal deal falls through I could probably find a place to hide it here in little old Morley MI.

thanks the handle is blackline maple, I got it at jantzs supply they told me it was a new wood they started carring. It a good feeling knife buy I thought the handle should be even with the ricasso, that's where it normaly is
thanks again

Very nice. You are consistently turning out some great looking blades. What steel and how thick?

the steel is from the buggy spring I think it 5160 or close. The blade was 1/4 before forging and 3/16 after
