If it don't cut whatever I want it to, I can beat something to death with it!   :biglaugh:  

Made out of an old planer blade. Im guessing 3/8" thick.

Took almost 5 straight hours of grinding, and wore out a 6" disk.






Now, all I need is one really sharp bit to drill my holes for pins with. Once I accomplish that, I'll get some walnut scales on it.

Looks good. Throw the rest of that planer blade in the barbaque pit next time You cook out soften that puppy up! Save sanding discs and drill bits! lol! :bigsmyl:C-ya Bob

Heck throw it in the fire right now before you drill it. Cobalt bits work great. Thats what I use for planer blades and sawblades.<><

Yup I annealed some saw blade steel if the fireplace recently. It worked great. Then just normal cobalt bits and your good to go.Skippy
