I own a LH 1967 Kodiak Hunter that I purchased from the original owner. The bow has been shot very little and has been kept in a bow sock inside a case so it has seen very little daylight. All original with excellent finish and very little patina. I was wondering if anybody knew about how many Z-wood KH's were made and if there were any other woods other than Shedua and zebrawood used in the production of '67 Kodiak Hunters.

Thats a beautiful Bear, I dont believe I have ever seen that model in Zebrawood, I would think thats a rare one.

Awesome!

I have one, have heard of 3 others, not including yours, so I know of at least 5.

David - they are pretty rare.  I have one in RH that is 54#.  Rare bird for sure.

I have one and have seen enough over the years to guess they're scarce but not rare. Must have had some Zebrawood to use up from the mid 60s Grizzlies and Tigercats. You don't see any after this really.
