I have a 45# Sears Flicker by Bear.  Anyone have any info on this, year and maybe value?

Jack Shanks

Jon,

I answered you on the other site but I would say mid-sixties. They were a Bear Cub without the medallion.Probably have about the same value as the Cub.

Warberg

Jon,  does it have the light green glass over maple. 58in bow.. Im with Jack, similar to cub. Flicker/ Raven ect. Were possible sold at Mongomery Wards stores any others.  Think it might even be a semi recurve. Under rated in bow in my opion and a solid shooter. Not a fancy looker with most I have seen in 45 lbs range. Cost?  Maybe the high rollers will shoot ya a price range...   :archer2:

Chad,

The Flicker was basicaly a 62" semi recurve Cub without the Bear medallion. I sold a mint condition 45# one on the auction site a few weeks ago and it never broke $100.

Killdeer

I have two. They were made for Sears. I have never sen them in anything but 45 pounds.

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.
