Glue Question, Repair Job

I picked up a magnesium minuteman the other day and the overlays on the back are starting to separate.  For some reason the overlays were not finished and have started to come loose and warp slightly.  Any recommendations for a glue I can wick down into the cracks and clamp to repair are appreciated.  Also wondering where I can find a grip for it too?  Its a sweet bow I really like.

What exactly do you mean by overlays? Tip Overlays? If so, I have never seen minuteman limbs with tip overlays.

Keep you eyes peeled 1R, 2R and 3R Plastic or Rubber Grips will all fit your riser.

Loctite 420 is a good glue to use.

yes LT 420 is the
super glue of super glues.Any pics maybe I was trying to think of what the overlays on a MM looked like ??? bd

The overlays are built up the backs of the limbs in the limb pockets.  They basically are there to provide the indent for the springs to latch into in the slip joint design.  I'll give loctite a try.

Got the glue job completed. Here are some pictures.

oh yeah loctite 420 will wick right into the gap.Then use about 2-4 pounds of presure from 2 C clamps let the 420 dry over night and you should be good to go bd
