Kinda of cold and rainy here today in SW Michigan. So I talked the wife into a little road trip. A little further SW to look at a collection of bows. Seems I'm six up in numbers from when I left this morning. Here is the score

The sixth is a really neat old osage bow, but best of all LH. It needs some cleaning up and a little love. But I believe will still be a shooter.

1-Bear Kodiak 58 maybe, 64" 49lb in really nice shape, looks like original rest and not many arrows.
1-Bear Alaskan 1961 I believe alum coin Double shelf 62" 25lb awesome shape!!
1 Bear Kodiak Hunter 60" 40 lb RH
1- Shakespeare X30 RH 54" 45 lb with some awesome zebra wood.
1- Bear Grizzly Double shelf in awesome shape 62" 52#
and the left hand osage bow not pictured.

Good to see someone else has the sickness too!  Great looking additions to your collection.  Did you leave anything for the rest of us?

TRAP

The 57 Kodiak appears to be in great shape as do the others.  Great score Brent!!!!

Trap the Kodiak is in awesome shape, I can only guess at a 58 but could very well be a 57. Dang thing is RH though   :D  Good trade stock though   :readit:    :D

Not one thing Brent  :(

I was just joking around actually, I have other gaps to fill before adding more 57s, but that is a nice one.

Atta boy Brent good hit man that 57 does look sweet.I actually like the 64" better myself.Nice bows....bowdoc

Jeremy

Nice find!

The Alaskan is a '59-60.
That '57 Kodiak looks damn near perfect!!!  I like the 64" better than the 60" too.

If'n you ever get tired of the '57 or the old Grizz let me know, I have a few old bows you'd be able to shoot  ;)

Oh, the Grizz is a '54.  I was just shooting my '53 this weekend.  A bit of hand shock, but once I switched over to holding it like a Hill bow it was nice to shoot!

Jack, No jewelery needed she has me   :D

Jeremy the guy had a bunch of static tips, but this was the nicest of the bunch I could shoot. He has another Kodiak LH static but it was not as pristine as this Grizzly. But has a pile of RH ers.

The guy does not have the ablity to photo and email, so your on your own there. But he still has a bunch of static's I think reasonable.

I was hoping to find some Kodiak Spec\\DLX's or 59 ers but no luck there. RH or Lh

Call Doug @ 269-641-5389 for your static cure.   :bigsmyl:
