This one's real easy and good, cut some steaks up about the size of the palm of your hand and pound the heck out of them. Put lots of italian seasoning in bread crumbs, dip the steaks in scrambled egg and bread 'em. Fry on med heat in cooking oil that's just deep enough to almost cover the steak.
