I took these videos yesterday morning it was freezing so i actually couldnt feel my fingers or my bow hand. you will see at some moments i would pinch the nock and the arrow would fall off the rest due to not being able to feel my fingers. but i had fun and decided to record.. its a 58# predator classic recurve. and feel free to chime in on how to improve myself    :archer2:

Fish,

Is there something specific you want help with??  Over all your draw and alignments look pretty good and you have a nice steady bow arm.

What I do see, is you appear to stop your back tension at full draw.  The symptom that I see is your string hand flipping out from your face at release.  This can cause the lateral spread of the arrows that you show in the first video.

Ideally, IF you can reach anchor ( and you seem to do that very well) then you need to continue to INCREASE the tension in your back -- don't stop!  This is a very small movement called "expansion."  Reach anchor, aim then when ready to release, slightly stick your chest out as you relax your fingers.  This movement is more felt than seen = VERY SMALL but it will help you to have your string hand move directly back along your jaw/cheek. This movement will NOT move your string hand on your face! It will also reduce the side ways movement of your hand and bring your arrow groups in from the spread you have now.

If you are looking for something else, let us know.

Are you willing to give up what you are; to become what you could be?
