Top Left

I have been shooting 3 under for the better part of a year and for the last couple of months I have been consistently shooting top left of my intended target. I checked my alignment and all loks good. For chance I switched back to split finger and now I'm back to center and a litlle high. The high part is due to my lower ancor but why would switching to split bring my arrows back to center.
