Has anyone ever pulled a muscle between their sholder blades?  I pulled something this afternoon; just wondering if anyone else has done this.

Friends call me Pac

When I feel that starting I stop shooting for a few days.  It normally happens when I shoot to much and too long. I have since limited my shooting to about 30 arrows each session and have not been sore since.

An old hand me down recurve sparked the fire, Trad Gang fanned the flames.  There is no stopping now.  Burn baby burn!

Hey Clay.  What you been doing over there?  Shooting too much or work?

By the way, the tv news here in Twin Falls reported that a F&G person reported that mulies are starting to rut.  A misunderstanding or have you been seeing that?

Get well quick.

I've had a rib pop out of place that caused pain between my shoulder blades.

I don't have any ribs out of place, perhapse a few loose screws, by the ribs are fine.  This happened while shooting.  It feels like its kinda under the left sholder blade.  It's not to bad; I've just never had it happen.

Ray, I've heard some talk that the bucks are getting rutty.  I havn't been out to see myself.

Clay,

I haven't been out in the woods since Oct 14 and it didn't look like that were rutting yet back than.

My mule deer season already past back in Sept. along with elk season ;(

Have you ever had a rib out? Alot of times it feels very similar to what you're describing and all it takes to fix it is to get adjusted by a chiropractor. The relief is pretty much felt immediately.
