From what I could see...I saw some inconsistantcy with your release and follow through...which is most likely do to an inconsistantcy in back tension. Your hand ended up away from your face a few times instead of straight back in line with the line of pull of the string.

I would suggest getting in front of a blank bale and work on that until every shot feels tha same and your drawing hand ends up in the same spot every time at conclusion.

Take a look at your feet at each shot. Youll see that you are not lined up to the target all the way .Its vital that your bow shoulder is at right angle to the target.A close up video sideshot would help us see more of your form. I still dont understand why everyone is always fiddling to load an arrow.Hill spells out the most efficient fastest way but no one is listening.

It sounds like your nocks are too tight on your string.

Yep.....your shoulders are pointing left of the target...and your nocks do sound too tight.

I fold up a piece of a sheet of sand paper and sand my nocks till they are snug enough that they wont fall off under their own weight but they aren't very tight at all.

If all possible, film again from directly behind, broadside, and over head.

one more thing i noticed is your draw elbow is high.  If you get the bow arm and draw arm inline it will be much easier to release straight back.  Remeber for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Like Papa said, nocks are too tight on you're string.  Give them a good filing with toe-nail clipper files.

And put you're right foot back, make you're stance so that you're perpendicular to the target.  And I find canting you're bow helps.

Just find out what works for you and stick with it.

I think his elbow height is fine. I think a high elbow is not a problem till you get above 10 O'clock, then you start creating problems with string and bow torque.

   

   

     

Thought I believe the elbow can be between 9 & 10 oclock.......I also believer that getting the elbow back as close to the 6 O'clock position is more important......
