Im not sure if this is my very own method of aiming but it works for me. I shoot totally instinctive but when I do the swing draw method which I learned from watching Too Short shoot I am honed in on my target but in my peripheral vision I can see my arrow and I know when its in line with my target I stop my bow when I know it should be where I want it then I anchor and release and my shooting has gotten so much better. Im not sure if I explained myself well but it works for me. Anyone else shoot like this?

2Blade,
I don't know that I swing draw but I do see the arrow in my lower peripheral vision.  Most of the time nowadays I don't remember seeing it but when I was learning to shoot "instinctive" I consciously looked for that blurry arrow so I could "shotgun" the alignment.  This is the technique Byron Ferguson recommends and it sure worked for me.

I think my shooting is diffrent from Byrons I belive he does it while at full draw? Lets see if I can put this is better detail.

I look at my target I then swing the bow up and know where my bow should be im at half draw I then complete my draw cycle and im close to dead on. I wish I could do a quick video demo and show how I do it.
