Moultrie customer service

Mods, please move this if it is in the wrong place.
It is nice to spread good news for once.
I recently bought from Bass Pro, the Moultrie 3.1 game camera.  Great price at 80 bucks.  I chose that model because I have a Moultrie 2.1 that I like...easy to use, uses big rechargeable 6v batteries, easy to find SD cards.  The only difference was the extra resolution of 3.1 megapixels.
Well, it didn't flash on the 2nd photo of a 2 shot event, something wasn't charging quick enough. I did some checks to make sure it wasn't my battery, which it was not.
I sent to Moultrie, they returned it within a week.  BUT, they sent me an upgrade!
Just thought that great customer service deserves to be told about.  I will buy from them again, for sure.
