Well guys i am very excited to get started in traditional archery. I ordered it @ 40#, thinking a lighter draw will help me get my form ingrained easier.
I just had to tell someone. I'll keep ya posted.  :archer:

Good deal. Being overbowed is a problem for most folks starting out. You can get your form down with out strain and later on get heavier limbs if you like. The Gamemaster is a good choice. I`ve been thinking of getting one myself.RC

Yup very good choice, I have a Gamemaster myself. They are a great value and very good shooters. Off a rest or the shelf. I started shooting mine off the shelf. But have switched over to a elevated rest. I have decided after shooting that way, I really like it. It has become my wet weather bow now. As plastic vanes are just fine with it now. I'm sure you will be very please with your choice.

I also have a Gamemaster. I realy like the grip. It took a little to quiet it down and I wish I could get it a little quieter yet. But its a nice shooting bow. I shot 9 rabbits this year with mine and am going bowfishing this summer with it.
Your going to like it.

You definitely made a great choice. Those bows have a sweet grip.
DAS Kinetics offers some nice upgrades for these bows when you are ready for them.

Throw away the string that came with it and put on a good B-50 Dacron as well as a set of limbsavers and it will be quite.
