30# Fiberglass Long Bow Arrow Selection?

I bought a 30# all fiberglass long bow to shoot in the back yard for fun.  My draw length is 27" and I will be shooting split finger.  I need help selecting aluminum arrows.  What size shaft should I look at for a 30# long bow?  I have 100 and 125 grain field points from when I last shot in the 1980s.  Thank you
