Any of the wood bow builders ever use Old Brown Glue (a commercial hide glue product) for gluing up your trilams or Siberian/Finno-Ugric type bows?   It is reportedly head-and-shoulders better than Titebond or StewMac commercial hide glues.     www.oldbrownglue.com

The problem with hide glue is moisture resistance.  It would certainly be strong enough.  That being said I have used Hide glue on sinew backed bows so I say go for it.  I have never heard of that brand but it looks very good.

My thoughts too.  I've worked on wood-horn-sinew bows and know about the moisture issues.  OBG looks better than the Titebond and other commercial Hide glues I've seen: I think I'll be giving it a try.
