I would look at the German Jaegers.Thiers some videos on you tube of them shooting through plywood etc.If you want to do a Google search. No playing around with inserts.Just screw em in and your good to go

NY Yankee

Ace makes a great head and they are not expensive, easy to sharpen and mount easily.

There area a lot of great options out there today and many have already stated them.   I and many others killed a lot of game with a Zwickey (sun never sets on a Zwickey), ACE- I have killed a lot of game with these as well.  Grizzly broadheads are great too.  I mention these heads because I have used them, reasonable price still, and easy to sharpen.

I've been using Cutthroats for a couple years so far and have been very happy with those. They're really durable, easy to sharpen and stay sharp; my only complaint is that they do rust easy, so I only use for early season. I'm still hoping they make some out of Stainless Steel.

Yet another vote for the Simmons Swamp shark. Just keep in mind that they run a little heavier than 175 gr. I've bought 18 of them over the last 2 months (cleaned out the broadhead box of lighter stuff I no longer use, & gave some to my son for Xmas) and each one weighed between 186-192 gr.

Not a big deal for the distances I would shoot,(20 yds and in,) but definitely more drop when you go further out....

(before anyone asks, yes, they were the Swamp sharks,(as labelled on the box,) & not the Interceptors!)

I emailed Dave just to let him know, & he thanked me for the info.

I think the swamp shark is the unvented tigershark. The swampshark is 190 non bented and the tigershark is vented and 175 grain

On the Simmons website, the Tiger Shark is vented and listed at 165 gr. The Swamp Shark is non-vented and listed at 175 gr.

Well, I haven't ticked anybody off for a while, so I guess I'm overdue. Other than being a cut on contact head, it needs to be strong, sharp, and must fly accurately. After that, most else is bragging rights to say that this or that famous point was used. Just my thoughts.

Can't slight that Sam.
That's just good sense.
I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.

Excellent choice; congratulations
