We are at the 5 year mark of the Classified as they are now.  And we still have only 3 issues after 5 years.  None in the last two. Again for the new Contributors, of those 3 issues, 2 were simple miscommunications and the other was a guy on a two week vacation that forgot to ship the bow before he left.  Something about the kids running around with their hair on fire.

And, many thanks again for all you renewing and new guys and gals signing up. It really helps this year more than ever due to the chaos we've had to endure .

Yep, I've always enjoyed smooth transactions here.  Nothing to recommend on my end, just wanted to say thank you.

One thing I recommend to the Contributors is that after your item is sold, Edit the entire "title line" down to SOLD.

Just type SOLD in all caps and nothing else.

We have to check several hundred listings every day and doing it this way saves us a lot of time.

There always has been a sticky topic posted at the top of each classified section with those instructions.

I've bought and sold quite a bit since the change a few years back... no issues at all.  Sometimes I think the "inventory" is much lower, but all of my transactions have been simple and clean.  And to be honest, I see the classifieds as a bonus to the site, not an expectation of the site.  So for me - they've been great and I appreciate the effort on the end of the admin. 

I enjoy not having to wade through the BS to buy or sell something as you often do on other sites.

Yup, my biggest frustration is sellers not marking their bow is sold. There is one on there now that was sold back in June and it still is on the first page because I inquired about it before I knew it was sold. Told him to mark it as sold but he has refused to do so, urgh!

Otherwise everything has been going great!

I like to be a contributing member not for the classified but to show my appreciation to the efforts to make this great site running. Anyway since the change this classified forum has proved to be very safe for both the parties.

Thank you Terry and your support crew for what you guys do! I remember before you changed it to contributing members what a headache it could be at times for you guys.

Don't remind Rob and I...... sometimes we were spending more time sorting out scammers, free loaders selling commercially, bogus sellers bait and switching... you name it.

We had shut it down years before and opened it up again the next year, and then the crooks caught up with the internet and it was 5 fold.  I did not want to shut it down again.  So, that was the decision we made and it worked.

Great place to trade now for sure.
