Orion

It doesn't have to be all one or the other, of course.  I'm a long time split-finger shooter, but have been using 3-under more frequently recently.  I now use 3-under up to my point-on distance and switch to split for distances farther than that.   :o

Or, if I want to reverse cant or want to do some other fast/unorthodox shooting.

Overspined

I can't seem to get away from shooting split. I've tried it and it's fine, but not necessary for me. I like the control of grabbing, nocking, and drawing an arrow I have full control of, shooting g 3u I feel I've lost arrow control on the bow. 3U is fine and I can see why folks do it, But it's hard to beat the whisper of a shot with split finger.
