With the loss of my wife I have been really out of the loop so sorry if this has been answered. 

When are the renewal fees do for being a contributor.

Jon,
I am so sorry for the loss of your wife.
If you click your Profile tab, then click the Actions tab, "Paid Subscriptions" should come up. Click that and then scroll to the bottom to Existing Subscriptions and your start and end date should be shown.
If you have a current e-mail address on file, you should receive an e-mail a couple of weeks before it expires and is due again.
I hope that helps.
