Here's my first glass bow. 64" ttt 40#@28. Zebra wood riser, red elm lams and dark brown glass on both sides. Made the flemish string also. She's not perfect but shoots very well. I will send her to a new home tomorrow, a 14 year young man will have a Christmas to remember. Shout out to kennym, couldn't have done it without you bud.
here she is laying on the work table
Fades at riser looked good

Braced shot and relaxed mode   string tracks straight down the middle
Kinda hard to tell but the glass is dark brown, not black and looks great with the zebra wood.

It's hard to make a wooden bow which isn't beautiful, even if it's ugly.

Well guys yall are right. Next bow's worth of lams and glass on the way from Kenny. Ooooo, gonna be a good Christmas for me! Charcoal actionwood riser, osage lams and riser strips w/black glass. Going to be a stinger for sure.

Don't be mad at me Roy, gave another bow to my kinfolk for Christmas today.  Sap and heartwood hickory and didn't even cut in a shelf. Wish I would have taken pics. Beautiful bow.
