1-1/2" wide TD recurve limbs? Anyone ever build a set? Thoughts? Pics?

Thinking about building a set for my Fedora longbow. Anything particular to watch out for?

I've made 1 1/2" recurve limbs, just not on a TD. What I noticed was different was I needed to be more careful about removal of material as there is less there to begin with (not as forgiving).  Watch your proportions on the limb as you go into the recurve so they don't get too "whippy".
