Wingless Arrow

I just purchased a Osage Orange wood bow stave from online. and it is shipping to me here in FL. am i going to have issues with humidity if i don't use it right away? i plan on finishing my hickory bow first, and then start working on my osage bow. but between school and work, i dont have much time to devote everyday. maybe an hour or two if im lucky. so it will obviously be a while before i start on it.

Thanks,

John

As long as you have AC and I'm sure you do just sit it in the corner in your house when your not working on it and it will be fine.

The longer you store it the better. If you can take it down to near bow dimensions it will dry quicker but will not dry too much under normal conditions.
