I am just starting a air hose type form.I purchased some 3/4" cabinet grade plywood that is about .25" of an inch shy of 1-1/2" inches doubled up. I found a piece of 5mm plywood bought it and it makes my total about a 1/8" over. If guys would please give me your opionin. I dont have a drum sander .I do have a  6" x 48" that  made into a side sander.I was interested to see if that was enough to worry about.
What would you guys do?

Thanks

If you glue it up with screws then remove them you should be able to find someone with a planer, thats what I did.
