elb yew dimensions

hi all.
any dimension suggestions for a bamboo backed yew elb.
want to be about 68" ntn at 60#.

Start at 1 1/4" at the handle and go to 1/2 at the tips. If it is too strong reduce the width a little as you tiller.
Make the most of all that comes and the least of all that goes!
