T/D shallow LB- Alternate riser

I made a 66" shallow Longbow a while back and made the limbs with an arced cross section.  The bow came in quite light at around 39# so I wanted to make an alternate riser with zero degree limb pad angles and also a inch or so shorter to bring the weight up.  Here is the previous post.

So I just finished the alternate riser...looks fairly ugly when its all put together but I think it shoots better than the previous riser+limbs.  

Now the bow is 45# @ 28" with this riser.  I also did some more chrono testing with a 409 grain arrow ( 9 GPP).  At 28", with fingers and FF string with silencers I was getting an average of 186.  Im not a speed freak or anything but I wanted to see if the limbs had any better performance.  Here are some pics:

Thank you all..I was just saying I think it looks a little funny unstrung...it looks like "Popeye"...the limbs a little too big for the body, but never the less its a keeper.  It suprisingly has less handshock than when I use these limbs on the "shallow" riser, I think because the less offset causes the limbs to bend more midlimb, but I'm not sure.

Brad, what wood do you have in the riser other than the actionwood?  

I really like that riser, it looks great!

Scott, it is just a piece of walnut I had and a piece of maple seperating the two.  Overlays on the front are white and brown glass. There are 6 laminations on the deepest part of the grip and the riser so I was comfortable even with the walnut being a rather weak riser wood. Plus the bow is pretty lightweight to begin with.

I've GOT to learn how to make my limbs/risers interchangable.

I bought an inexpensive self-centering doweling jig to practice.
