Is it possible to make a R/D longbow as stable as a stringfollow longbow?

Shaun

Jeremy

Sure it is.  Just have it follow the string

Exactly what do you mean by "stable" though?  Forgiving of shooter errors?  If that's the case, then the bow that puts your hand farthest forward relative to the tips of the unbraced bow - regardless of limb profile - will be the most forgiving.

Yes my idea of stable is, forgiving of shooting inconsistancies, or "errors."
I don't want to chase stability around for some speed.
