Bow Signature Restoration

I have just aquired a Howard Hill "Wesely Special"
and the "Howard Hill" signature has been worn thin and off in some places due to a bow quiver being attached.  The bow was made in 2004. What would be the best way to restore the signature and protect it. Thanks "The Welshman"
