I needed to take a few Keeslar style blades to GSMBS since Joe will be the forging demonstrator.  I gave most of them away now I've got to kick into gear.  I leave in a week for the blade symposium.

First one finished is a sheep horn caper 7 1/2 inches OAL with a 3 1/2 inch blade...Doc

That is one sharp looking knife Jeff. I really like the grind and blade profile. Very nice indeed!

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Awesome knife!! I too, love the profile and I really like the forged finger gaurd. And that sheep horn goes perfectly with that style.

That's another work of art.

I feel really bad that you have to slave over a hot forge to replace what I LOVE to carry on my belt. Well, not really, cause I know you LOVE to slave over a hot forge and create beautiful works of art for others to drool over  :bigsmyl:

Keep up the good work and we'll see you in July.

That is REALLY sweet, Jeff!
You used that sheep horn just right.
When the last deer disappears into the morning mist,
When the last elk vanishes from the hills,
When the last buffalo falls on the plains,
I will hunt mice for I am a hunter and I must have my freedom.
