Just got myself the KME knife sharpener. What angle is best for different knives. Should I just pick one and regrind all the knives to it, if they don't have a good angle already. I am going to be doing hunting knives but also I may be doing a lot of kitchen knived, large and small.
Any suggestions, comments or instruction will be greatly appreciated.

20 Degrees is a nice angle everything else is a trade off one direction or the other. Knifemaker

Personally I keep mine set at 25 and almost never move it. I don't particularly enjoy sharpening and I'm pretty rough on my knives. I find at 25 degrees I can fluff clumps of hair off my arm, and the blade won't need to be sharpened very frequently.
