Saw Surgeon last Tuesday and by golly, he was pleased with range of motion and such... but now I can go without sling... Thank you!

But while I"m to do exercises that use the arm against gravity...NO LIFTING, pulling, or fun stuff or even all the work that needs done.

By the time this is over, I'll need work on my po' left shoulder..it's about wore out!

Thanks again to all the prayer folks who have kept me in prayer as I KNOW it has helped... bit of a row to hoe yet, but I'm grateful to be this far and able to shave, feed myself, etc!
