Thank you for all your prayers for our son who is serving his third tour of duty in Iraq, I have gotten a couple of emails from him this week everything is fine and he say it is IMPROVING over there. My prayers goes out daily for all our people over seas everywhere.

In HIS service

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Prayers continue especially now because it could be easy not to be as careful.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Benson just kinda cuts through the "stuff", don't he Dave?  :)

Remind your son that extra vigilance is now more important than ever as it is never wise to lower one's guard in such quarters.

In the meantime, we'll continue to pray that God covers all serving our country and others for the sake of freedom be mindful of who they serve ultimately: Christ!

May the Lord cover them in the Holy Spirit and have the Counselor keep them on their toes.

Safe return for all.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
