URGENT Prayers needed (Update)

Brothers and Sisters of TradGang,

A good friend and co-worker of my wife's is in serious condition at the hospital. He had been complaining of heartburn at work on Monday. That evening he collapsed at home and was rushed to the hospital and it was determined he had a rupture / hole in one of the arteries to his heart and had been bleeding internally. Today the doctors announced his kidneys had shut down. Things are looking bleak. They are calling family to be with him as I write this prayer request.

My wife is a very caring woman and has started the self-blame for not insisting he go to the doctor sooner.

Lord, Please if it be in Your will, bring Steve through this crisis. If it is Your will to call him home, give those who care for and love him the strength to understand and accept Your calling.

Steve passed a little after 3 pm yesterday.

Please Lord, take Steve into your comforting arms where he will no longer live with pain or worries. Please give those family and friends the courage to continue and strength to understand that he is in a better place. In Your name. Amen

Lord, be with all those who loved Steve, keep them in your Grace, hold them up spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

Thank you for all of the prayers. Steve was buried yesterday in St Louis. This has been pretty hard on my wife, but with prayers and faith in Jesus she hopefully will realize that Steve is in a better place.
