I would like to thank Tom for the opportunity to own this fine piece of history. I know that he is out on a Bear hunt right now, and wish him the best of luck and Happy Hunting! I would like to know who the owner is of my new bows twin. Be nice to see pictures. I know that Tom placed some good ones in the classifieds, but had to add my own to the topic. Shane

Congratulations on getting this prize.

I had the opportunity to see and hold that piece of history at the recent Western States Rendezvous in Packwood, WA.

Mr. Brackenbury was the originator of the WSR and his influence on many bowyers is rather profound.

Lon, glad you got to see it at the show. I asked Tom to please display for people as I know the show was started by Mr. Brackenbury some years ago. I have a set of 46# number 1 limbs that i am thinking about trying on riser. I only have a 25.5" draw so figure it can't hurt.

I saw this handle and its twin back in 1995 in Ted Fry's possession at the Idaho Traditional Archers show at Bishop Kelly.

As far as my memory is they were identical.

I owned the twin for several years and passed it on to NUMPLES. From pictures Tom had sent me they were identical. I got it from Phils brother.

OH...I had put a set of Shaeffer Silvertip limbs on it. Great shooter.
