This was my grandfather's bow. I've never seen it strung, or know its history past the 70's. We live in Rochester Indiana, but I've never heard of Tippecanoe Archery. Could it have just be tagged and re-sold? Anyone have any ideas?
How old could this be?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry about the blurry pictures (from my phone)

I have never heard of them either. Not that that is saying much, I am a wealth of ignorance.
Because the label says "manufacturing company", I would believe that the bow is not retagged, like those for Montgomery Ward or for hardware stores.

Looks like lemonwood, forties or early fifties?

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.
