Sweet Little Bow. Quite a zippy shooter and smooth, plus the wood isn't hard on the eyes either!!
Browing had it going on with this one.

These are among the nicest shooters of all time in  my opinion. I have had a few explorers and safari IIs. The 56" explorer draws smooth out to my 29.5" draw. The 1965 Explorer is my best shooter It is very smooth at longer draw length, it looks just like a longer version of the SafariII with Brazillian Rosewood for added weight and stability. It has very narrow limbs and little tips. The other interesting thing about the 65 Explorer is it has 4  maple limb core veneers. I have seen three but never 4 before.

Beautiful bow. I gave my 58# Safari I to my son because it was too heavy for me. It is now his favorite recurve. They are indeed great shooters.

Here's the one I had. Nice looking and a great shooter.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.
