Hi guys,

Please take a moment to offer advice on my form. Arnie, Last time I posted a video, I was shooting a Formaster, so I thought I would post some vids of my actual shot sequence.

Thanks,
Dennis

Dennis,

That's looking pretty good overall!!  In a few of your shots, your string hand recoils downward before moving back.  An IDEAL direction would be straight along a line drawn from the corner of your mouth to your ear lobe --no downward movement.

Your alignments look really good, although the fixed crawl makes them a little hard to see.  Your string hand is relaxed through the follow through = good!  Nice solid bow arm.

What I can't really see in the angles of any of the videos is your string forearm alignment in relation to the arrow line.  I see some of your shots hitting tho the right and that MAY be due to your somewhat open shoulder alignment and the string forearm elbow being outside the arrow line.  This is really a guess due to video angles.

At full draw and as you get ready to release, see if you can visualize your bow hand at one end of the arrow and your string hand at the other; then try to execute everything IN and ON that straight line.  Move in line with the arrow not at an angle to it.

Again, an overall really good shot.  Is there something in particular you are looking for?

Thanks, Arne, I'm not looking for anything in particular with my form review. Just wanted you to review my form and see if there is anything clearly that I might need to work on or if my form is solid. When I shot the arrow to the right, I remember that I didn't get off the string cleanly. Thanks for the tips.
