ETAR vendor I.D. Help??

Looking for info on a vendor who is always on the right side of the main tent as you come in, in the secondary row behind the Asbell's. He always has older Bear collectables, used bow rack and a small inclosed trailer with KOM wool. Anybody know who it is???
