Thanks for the interest in asking. Any member may bid (and/or put up offers for bids). If you click on the large Yellow banner at the top of all the TG (and TGMM)pages it will take you to the curent listing forum (and later the actual bidding pages). At the top of the listing forum there are a couple of ADMIN posts that explain in more detail. You will also see many posts about it in the PowWow forum from general members who act as "cheerleaders" during the St. Jude Auction.
