i was lucky enough to find this point on an arrow i found at a lake i fish at....
I know how much these points are worth....the point looks brand new...blades are a bit dull for some reason..
anyone have any luck with these heads??
made right here in calif. call Bob Frome @ performance archery in san diego. talk to him about them. He just completed the Grand Slam using them. Note, he shoot's a machine......
hmm..anyone wanna trade this head for any 2 cut on contacts!?!? :bigsmyl:
Yeah, Bobby tried to sell me some of those. For hogs no less lOL! They definitely are a tough broadhead but guess what. The blades are just that dull right out of the package and are impossible to sharpen.
are you serius?!?!
thats dissapointing especially for it price!!!
man that sucks!! lol
My brother shoots them with his compound and the ones he purchased were sharp enough right out of the package, and we were able to get them hair-popping sharp with just a few strokes of semi-round diamond stone. He hasn't gotten the opportunity to test them on game yet, but they appear to be very tough and well built.
I saw some recently, pretty stout but these were new and not sharp enough to hunt with, not for me anyway. Shawn
They must be sharpened prior to hunting! Heads held togather well on the three deer I used them on last year, penatration was poor, to poor for me. I think I will stick with my Zwickeys. Just my experiance.
