Well it's not pretty but it works. It's made out of a 4" drainage pipe thats 24" long, I steched a peice of leather into the bottom of it with a peice of 3" foam for broadheads. Just a 2" wide leather strape. I put a peice of mylar inside of it so my arrows can slide out easyer then with the corigattion lets it. And it weighs next to nothing. I'm right now looking for a pelt to put on it, I'm looking for a red fox for my first pick, maybe a coon or badger, so if anyone mite have a pelt for cheap that has been tanned let me know. I will post more pics when its all done. I forgot to add that this cost me $0.00 to builb so far, the pelt is the only thing that well cost me. I have a deer hide w/hair on but I don't feel safe having a deer hair quiver and hunting on public ground. To many idiots in the woods now days.

Nice.
I am constantly amazed at the ingenuity I find on this site.
Huntnut... clever approach. However, and I hate to break any bubbles, but if you think that the "idiots in the woods" will differentiate between different furs they notice in the woods before shooting, good luck! Unless I was on private, restricted land I think I'd wear an orange county lockup jump suit, paint the quiver fire engine yellow... and then stay indoors! the idea of wearing fur in the woods in hunting season gives me the shivers.
Dick you have a good point. I mite build another one for hunting with camo matterial and build one with fur for ever day shooting, I think with a red fox standing up right with neon lime feathers sticking out of it mouth would be good but there are some people out the that don't look at the target before the fire bow or gun. Anyone else hunt public land with fur covered quiver?
if you did here youd pray the bobbies got to you before the tree huggers!!!!!! :biglaugh:
