sorry it's a little blury. I think I can spot drill and fill with superglue. I'm an old metalsmith from the navy. any Ideas?
drilled a small hole infront of the crack. filled with superglue. we'll see tomarrow at the shoot...........Mark
hope it holds :scared: ........... :bigsmyl:
CA glue will make it better. Filler her up and try and pinch it or clamp it as good as ya can.,.<><
Hole or no hole that bow is a real shooter!! Thanks Mark for letting me take some shots with it. Tom
Well so far so good. shot about 100 arrows threw it and NP. Man These Tomahawk bows are quick.....mark
thats good news ... those cracks can be hazardous
It's blurry of course, but if its where I think it is, (right on the edge of the glass, maybe 1/4" long on the belly) I would just sand it out. Take the taper a little higher at a sharp angle so you don't weaken the riser.
I just got off the phone with 3 rivers. they informed me that spot drilling was the ticket. I asked about the idea of "fade sandind it" that was also another way. Thanks Bowdude. I may go that route tonight.
Dude, that bow seems to really suit you. You sho nuff shot it a lot better than the latest recurve cutie that tempted you.
LOL had a blast yesterday. love the sunday morning get togethers at the range. Glad you made it out there.. your welcome any time. you know the routine now
