Guess what turned up on my doorstep today?
Yep, my long awaited Horne Combo Longbow 'Texas Memories'   :D  

Ain't she a purdy li'l thang! 62" of pure sweetness! She's drawing a perfect 57# at a very nice 28"

She's wearing an Osage & Bocote riser, cut daringly under centre, with black & white phenolic accents. Her long, sensuous limbs are divinely made from the finest carbon & bamboo (for that chic Oriental flavour) coated deliciously in Bocote veneers & topped with clear glass.

She's a fiery little minx too! She likes to play fast & hit hard. She's already outpaced my other bows & left me panting for more. What a woman!!!

Rob, man that is one sweet looking bow. Makes me very proud of a recent decision that I made. I have to agree with you as far as Mark and Sandy, "First Class, Top Notch" folks right there. He sure does good work.  :thumbsup:    :notworthy:

Hey Rob I gotta go take a cold shower after reading the beginning of your thread.That is one of the PRETTIEST Horne's bows I ever saw Good shooting too. Good luck hunting with that pretty young thing!

Dang Rob, I was pantin' so hard after reading your verbal description I felt like I needed to look for a "rating" on this thread before viewing the pictures!!!

That for sure is one fine looking "critter gitter"! Mark did a fine job on it and I'll sure you'll do a fine job with it.

Hope yall got over all the liquid sunshine you were having problems with.

Beautiful Bow!!! I sure love those Horne's. I haven't seen or shot one I didn't like. Just trying to figure which one I will own next.

That is an awesome looking bow!! The mix of bocote and osage rocks. The grain in the riser and veneers really nice. Don't take your eyes off her for long somebody might take her home.

She is definately gorgeous! Ya better be carefull because all kinds of guys will be hitting on her and she may get tempted to let them shoot her....  :goldtooth:
