Acetone Frank. Works great and will not harm limbs.

I've used the acetone but still prefer 0000 steel wool, mineral spirits and elbow grease.

Frank, if ya use acetone, wear rubber gloves and a mask, fumes are harmeful and if it gets on your skin it is harmful to your body.

I've used the spray Goof-off. Great results. Does not seem to bother the finish.
