Ups should update there mapping, this happend to my last month to. UPS just called me ans said My new bow is setting at UPS because the driver couldn't find my house, he did this last month too. I had to drive 20 miles to pick up the package, I told them where I live but they must not put notes in there system. My driveway is 1/2 mile long and you can't see my house from the main road, but my mailbox sets down at the end of the drive. So I have to wait tell Thursday to get my new bow. By the way its a new guy the regular delevery guy is on vacation, but he knows how to get here. Well just had to blow some stea  :banghead: m.
I've got a Buffalo Big Shot glove in the mail, didn't get here to shoot with over the fourth. Maybe Thursday. As Bill would say, "Ah fee-yul your paine!"
it's hard to get good help theses days :D
Maybe you should make a sign and put it up at the road on days when you expecting a package. Can't really expect the driver to remember where you live. And to keep this thread in tradition of this wenbite make sure it is a trad sign.
Just last month I was missing an order - UPS said that they had delivered it...they did - to an address I lived at 7 years ago...I've had 2 changes of address since then. Whaaaat!
And yes, the company I ordered from shipped it properly to my current address, but the driver said I wasn't here and had moved.
I'd rather outfit and hire a horse-drawn stagecoach than ship via UPS.
When UPS can't find an address, they send a notice to the addressee, via...guess who!

Killdeer~I'll find you! ;)
Thats funny!
I had a custom rifle delivered by ups several years ago. It never got there, so I called the maker. He tracked the package and called me back. Said it was signed for by someone named Mr. Porch. Sure enough, it was sitting in a corner of my front porch that I can't see unless I walk around a corner. I'm just lucky it was still there.
So very true Killie!
They are better around here nowadays but they used to leave the packages just about anywhere. We would wind up delivering packages to several of our neighbors and they would deliver ours.
Fed-Ex still drops stuff off at the post office so they can deliver it to us.
Here ya go Tom. We live so far back off the beaten path they got the Pony Express guys some more comfortable vehicles.
