After more than several years of "lurking" on this site I finally decided to register. I'm not as knowledgable as many here, but there have been a few posts which I could have contributed to. Besides, I found two of my favorite pieces of gear on this site; my wool longhunter shirt and my Dryad Windtalker.
Dale glad to have you on board. as you will find a lot of us know a little, but there are a few here that know a bunch. them's the one's that i listen to. aside from that, the folks you will meet on here make it worth the effort to join. :campfire:

'bout dang time you quit lurking! This site is like a fungus, it grows on you. Before long you'll be making bows and knives and harassing wildlife for food! Welcome.

Welcome! I've learned more in the 4-5 months that I've been on here than I would have learned in 4-5 years(or more) on my own.
Dale says Howdy Dale, Funny thing I used to live just above you in Divide and Woodland Park untill 1984. ..........Dale aka...Chort :wavey:
Welcome aboard Dale!!
Are you still shooting the Windtalker? Saw you had it for sale a while back.
Mike
Alot of warm welcomes, thanks. Mike I did have it for sale awhile back. I was developing some weakness in my right shoulder and I was having a hard time shooting it with proper form. I'm a pretty physical guy and I have not taken care of myself like I should have (rough life). I really did not want to sell it as it is the prettiest bow I've seen or owned. Shoots great, too. Luckily I did not get much interest after a few days and I thought better of it. Took it off the market. Gave my shoulder a few months off and reworked my exercise routine. Shot with it yesterday and no pain after 100 arrows. I'll be shooting it again tomorrow. You ever sell a bow and later regret it? Well I almost did. Thanks for making a great bow, Mike and Jason. I promise not to sell it.
There you go ! Good to meet you !
ChuckC
It sounds like you and that bow were meant to be together! Great it all worked out, especially your shoulder. You sound a little like me. If I don't look in the mirror there are days I still think I am 20 yrs. old. Welcome abroad! Nice place to camp out.
Welcome!
Welcome to the Gang!
Welcome aboard Yellowsnake!
Just don't ask too many questions about TGMM Family of the Bow, and you'll be just fine.....
