Title: Wall tents........
Post by: rtherber on June 24, 2007, 03:54:00 PM
There's just something about camping in an  old canvas wall tent that just goes hand in hand with hunting with trad equipment....Here's a pic of my first wall tent set up in Canada on a Spring bear hunt in 1982. Let's see your wall tent pics......

I quit cutting poles and just take a pair of the military telescopic aluminum poles since I hunt solo now. I had the stovepipe opening sewn in the back flap on this tent instead of the roof. Colorado mule deer hunt in 2004.

This wall tent doesn't have a stove port and has a rubberized floor sewn in. I had the door flaps made with velcro closures. I have an extra set of the military poles for this tent too. I can set it up by myself in about 20 minutes. Late season TN archery deer hunt-1997
