Title: what size aluminum?

I want to save my woodies for fall and would like to try aluminum, I like the ggII, what size would be best for a 45# bow @28?, cabelas has them on sale, does anyone know if the come with inserts?

1916 will work great depends on your length
2016 would be my Next choice

Go to arrowsbykelly.com and there is a chart and additional info. about choosing the correct spine weight. It does depend on length as W.W. says, but also what you are shooting them with, is the bow center cut, string type.

I have some 1916.. I think they are cut 29" shoots great out of my mikuta 48@ 28

Just like shooting woods...

i shoot 2013's with a 125 grain point out of a 50#@26"
