Title: Celebrate the Special Night Tonight 6/21
Post by: Seeking Trad Deer on June 21, 2007, 05:29:00 PM
My favorite night of the year...the longest day of daylight.  If you can sit out and make a few wishes as the sun set.  Shoot an arrow...have a martini, dream of the impending hunting season as each day now gets shorter, whatever.  But enjoy today it is very special indeed.  :campfire:

Very fitting that it is the regular meeting night for the Chagrined Again Hunting Club!  Clear blue skies, mildly warm with a cooling breeze all day, now it has clouded up and given us just a little blessed rain, and the darkness is beginning to settle. A special day indeed. The Witch of Winter is dead.

Before you know it, there will be a chill in the air, leaves will be changing to gold and red.  My favorite time of the year is just around the corner (OK, not just, but getting closer).

71 day here in KY.
Recently bought a used bow, the name seems appropriate for the season..
